This girl loves pizza. Especially the kind of pizza that she makes herself and gets to know really well if you know what I mean. She has gotten so good at this pizza making thing that she can now make her own pizza from start to finish. All I have to do is proof the yeast for her first, and she does the rest.

I love cooking with kids. They're so curious about the whole process. Yes, pizza is one of the great foods to assemble, even for kids.... just as long as the stuff has been prepared and cut up for them.
Your story reminded me of how I learned to cook at my mom's side! She used to let me knead the siopao dough and cut out doughnuts and munchkins when I was little. Personally, I think it's the best way to teach kids how to cook and to appreciate food.
