I am very interested in reading this book because it comes very close to my own heart. The book is autobiographical peppered with recipes from the author. What could be better, right? This book is about hearbreaks and how we use food to comfort ourselves.
After a particularly nasty break up in my past, I decided to take on bread making. I felt a need to squelch and punch something down and I also felt a need to stuff something into my hollow insides. I figured bread making would kill two birds with one stone, so to speak. I think the author, Giulia Melucci, had the same sentiments in mind. I haven't read the book yet, but from the Amazon page, it looks like it has been getting some pretty good reviews.
