The girls and I have been having a love affair with Mochi ever since my cousin Emz visited from Japan and gifted us with a huge box of mochi. When the girls came back from their summer vacation in California, they came back with these deliciously flavored mochi: hazelnut, wintermelon and tangerine. They were delicious!
Then the other night, their uncle Jun came to dinner and brought with him... ice cream mochi from Trader Joe's! The girls and I were in heaven.
