The Girls Room

C_elle_kit_imageWe wonder sometimes if people nowadays are getting more diseases than in the past, or is it only because news didn't travel as fast as it does now? I don't know about you, but it just seems like more people that I know are dying from one type of cancer or another. I guess that is why when I took the girls to the doctor for their yearly appointment the doctor had more than a couple of new vaccines she was recommending for them. I'm not confident enough about those vaccines yet, so I turned them down.

But I suppose it can't hurt to start taking precautions if these diseases continue to spread. A controversial albeit innovative solution was recently introduced and there are now a few companies working towards this same goal, one of them being C'elle. Basically, C'elle is a service that provides women with the opportunity to collect and preserve vital stem cells that can be harvested from the body's menstrual fluid during the menstrual cycle. I know, it sounds really far fetched if not a bit bizarre, but it's really not. Visit the C'elle website to learn more About the Science behind what they do and read about how others feel about the service by reading the C'elle Client Testimonial section.
