Here's another easy dish to go loco over, Loco Moco! It's a Hawaiian specialty and it's the gravy that does the trick. It's a very simple dish but the combination of taste, color and texture can drive your taste buds crazy for more.
Loco Moco is basically ground beef patties over rice and smothered in rich, thick gravy with fried eggs on top. Yummy!
