We love soups in our house, whatever kind. Some of us like it meaty and chunky, and some of us like it light and smooth. The Clone, my youngest daughter, usually does not like mushrooms; but when blended into a soup like this one, she'll eat it! The girls loves soup! The great thing about this kind of soup is that you can sneak in all kinds of veggies in there and they will never know it :)
