LP 24 - Coconut Recipes

This month's Lasang Pinoy theme is Coconut and I've posted two recipes for this event hosted by Kai of Bucaio.

First one is Ginataang Hito, catfish cooked in coconut milk.
The second recipe if for Laing, which for this version, I used swiss chard cooked in coconut milk.
