Baked Salmon


Easy weekday meal. You hear me say that over and over again. Well, here's another one. You can get dinner on the table in less than an hour and you come out looking like superwoman when you serve this baked salmon with pasta and marinara sauce with a side of green salad. Sounds fancy, doesn't it?

Well, it's actually quite easy. Get a pot of water to boil your pasta in. In helps if you have some ready made tomato sauce, but if you don't it's quite easy to make a quickie tomato sauce with some diced tomatoes sauteed in garlic and onions. Season to your taste and spoon over pasta.
