Pichi Pichi which is soft, and one of my most popular blog posts. Why? Because it is one of the classic Filipino desserts that everyone remembers but don't ever make it because the traditional way is so labor intensive. My version, inherited from an aunt, is the easy modern version using prepackaged ingredients and, of all things, a microwave! Check it out.
