My sister has boxes of raincoats, tarps and flashlights in her garage. Yeah, I said boxes, mind you, not of each. These are supplies she had collected to donate to a local group for community watch rounds.
I hate that I didn't see this site that sells police gear before. They have a tactical flashlight model that would have been perfect for an amateur security force.
